This week I'm posting in the Clean & Layering category (I think) at The Card Concept. I hope "clean" doesn't necessarily mean white 'cause, well I love Kraft paper and found a really neat paper pad from DCWV with patterned Kraft paper and had to tear into it! Here's this week's inspiration photo:
I totally missed on the colors, but did make a Birthday card, hee hee! Here's my card with a close up of the flower to show the different colors of the Kraft paper:
Along with the DCWV Kraft patterned paper, I used Bazzil paper for the card base and mat. The stamp is from Stampendous, stamped with Memento Ink.
Hoping you have a terrific week!
Clean definitely does not mean only white! And good thing for that otherwise you might have missed this fabulous paper pad collection. I love the vibrancy of the pink and blue and the sweet wee birthday greeting banners paired with the printed paper heart! Gorgeous flower too! Thanks so much for choosing to share your card with us at the Card Concept Challenge :)
ReplyDeleteFirst...you really know how to take a photograph to highlight all the details of your card...I can see all the teeny tiny embossed lines of the blue paper and each individual stitch on the heart...really well done. Second, what a card! Those die cut flowers and little banners are so pretty...love that stitched heart too!
