I recently got some stamp and die sets I was anxious to try. I tried both ways, stamp and then cut and cut and then stamp. Both were equally hard! Here's the result of a few practices:
Paper = Bazzill Cardstock, Neenah Solar White
Stamp & Die = Lil' Inker Designs "Wreath of Roses"
Dies - Lil' Inker Designs "Stitched Rectangles" and "Stitched Circles"
